We think that the best way to get to know any culture is through its cuisine! Learn about some of Italy’s most famous dishes in a fun and hands-on way: on our ‘Ravioli, Fettuccine and Tiramisu’ tour. This experience gives you the opportunity to make fettucine like a true Italian chef, a skill which will no doubt make you popular when you return home! You’ll also get taught a quick and easy recipe for tiramisu which always makes a delicious dessert.
You’ll learn how to do everything yourself with an experienced, local chef who will teach you how to make authentic pasta in a simple and easy way. So, no matter whether you are an experienced chef or just a microwave cook you’ll come away knowing how to make pasta like a true Italian local!
You’ll do it all from scratch. From mixing the fresh ingredients, to kneading the dough, and finally rolling and shaping the pasta, this tour shows you how to make fettuccini the right way. Your chef will guide you every step of the way and the more stuck in you get, the better your pasta will become and the more fun you’ll have. Get ready to get your hands dirty! This hands-on activity is always popular especially with families, from young kids to adults.
