Corona virus POLICY

Please know that it is our foremost interest to make sure that you and your family are safe. 

For bookings of  1,000 Euros and up, only a deposit is required to book. Balance is due 2 months prior the booked services. For bookings within two months of the travel date payment in full is required.

To complete the payment, the final payment link is sent 2 months prior to the tour/activity date.

In case of cancellation due to travel restrictions and cases related to Covid-19 clients will get refunded the amount in full if cancelled a week prior to the service. Tickets are not refundable.

For Cooking Classes, Art Classes, the Gladiator School etc, there is a 5% administrative fee. .

All other cancellations outside this period and made before the 72-hour deadline have the full effect of our Cancellation Policy. See below.

Please read and understand the terms and conditions before booking a class. Paying and booking means you have understood and that you agree to all terms and conditions.

  • Cancelling a booking with Rome4Kids and Europe4Kids results in cancellation fees , as outlined below. When canceling any booking you will be notified via email of the successful cancellation and cancellation fees incurred
  • If you have confirmed a tour during high season (March through October & Christmas season) we operate a strict no refund policy for cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the tour date
  • All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of 25% of the total tour fees.
  • All booked tickets are non-refundable.
  • During low season, cancellations must be made 14 days before the tour.
  • For tours/services booked last minute (7 days or less) before the tour, no refunds will be given.
  • Cancellation must be made within the established deadline before the service. No partial refunds will be given.
  • Cancellations must be communicated via e-mail at katjayourguide@gmail.com and customercare@europe4kidstours.com. You will be notified via email of the successful cancellation and cancellation fees incurred. If you don´t receive a response, your cancellation is not valid. Please call us or send a text or WhatsApp message, during office hours if you do not receive any response:
  • All tours are on, rain or shine.
  • There are no partial refunds, for whatever reason, once a tour has commenced. So if you need to clear things, call us as soon as possible. We will not consider refund requests after a service has been completed.
  • Full and partial refunds are only offered at the discretion of the management.
