This Versailles tour from Paris will be run by a local guide who is licensed and specially trained to lead both kids and adults on a fun journey through the Palace of Versailles. We are the Versaille experts and know how to make it an informative, engaging, and amusing experience so you will all the the most out of the experience and will appreciate the beauties of the Versailles Palace. Your guide will share the many amazing stories of the palace in a way which will make you experience how it felt to live in this beautiful building!
The fun will begin right away, in the train to Versailles. To animate the 45-min ride, your kids will receive a booklet to entertain them during the journey. This is the perfect introduction to learning about the Palace and the extravagant lives led at the Court by Kings and Queens. Your guide will lead you through rooms designed by the King himself. Then, onto a series of “Salons” made up from the Grand Apartments, where the King was supposed to have lived. In fact, he stayed in a much more comfortable dwelling behind the scenes, where only his closest relatives could visit him! The Hall of Mirrors will leave you breathless due to its magnificence. In this impressive gallery, be dazzled by the 357 separate panels and imagine the bursting effect of the sunset, beaming through the windows upon such a scene!
Now it’s time to pass behind the monarchic scenes and search for the King’s inner bed chamber, preceded by the Council’s Salon where the King spent many hours working. Two other beautiful Salons lead onto the marble staircase that takes you to the beautiful gardens.
Last but not least, you will enjoy the gran finale to this tour by discovering the stunningly than beautiful Versailles Gardens. Your guide will lead you to the best viewpoints from which you can embrace the horizon and see, in the distance, the reflection of the water from the fabulous Apollo Fountain. At the end of the day, you will all have learnt about the Royal “Etiquette”, the extravaganza of the Court and the bizarre roles that Nobles and Courtiers played within the vast history of the palace. But, most importantly, you would have had a lot of fun!

What Our Big And Small Clients Are Saying:
Elaine V
What better way to I have visited Versailles before, but this experience was so different, travelling by train with our guide. Camille was so fun and entertaining, had the best stories and my kids are still talking about her and this incredible adventure she took us on at Versailles! We also loved the gardens. We felt like locals NOT like tourists. By the way, we did the photo shoot at Versailles in contemporary costumes……this was SIMPLY THE BEST EXPERIENCE ever!

When we first saw the queue, it was amazingly long, but thanks to our fast track tickets, we almost skipped it entirely. Claire then gathered our little group (5 of us) to begin the game. I’m already longing to come back one day! Our kids 7,9,11 loved every minute of the tour and learned so much!
